To use the service:
- Access Safaricom menu from your phone
- Go to Mpesa Menu-Pay Bill
- Enter Business No(898200) followed by Account number – enter your policy number and (sir name or first name) for premiums or vehicle no/claim no and (sir name or first name ) for excess then proceed.
